It’s well-known that it has a bit more fat than the other cuts. However, the fattiness is what makes it so succulent and delicious, among other things. In addition, our black Angus cows are all homegrown and grass-fed, so you can see where the flavor also comes from. Grill it, roast it, braise it, use whichever method you prefer.
